Description:
Most mental health frameworks
treat imbalance as something to diagnose. But what if imbalance is an
opportunity – a doorway into growth?
The Asynchronous Development Model informs us that all individuals
experience uneven development across key areas of life, especially
during periods of stress or transition. These imbalances can lead to
repeated patterns, unhealthy relationships, and a sense of being stuck.
In the first part of this workshop, we will reveal a new developmental
model that maps eight domains of personal growth, helping you identify
where your life may be out of alignment and why those patterns persist.
But awareness alone is not enough.
In
the second half of the workshop, we move from insight to action.
Drawing from depth psychology, Jungian ideas of synchronicity, and
practical behavioral tools, participants will learn how to work with these imbalances rather than against them. You’ll be introduced to
practices that increase self-awareness, disrupt unconscious patterns,
and facilitate forward movement in your life. The goal is not just
balance—but the ability to become an active agent in your own
transformation.
